Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Katie Helliwell website and services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Katie Helliwell ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using our website, purchasing our courses, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
By using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
Katie Helliwell provides online courses, memberships, programs, and spiritual guidance services including but not limited to:
• Spiritual Wealth course
• Spirit Skool program
• Talk To Me Spirit membership
• The Spiritual CEO container
• Other courses, programs, and spiritual guidance services
All services are provided digitally through online platforms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
To access certain services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. Each account is for individual use only.
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already made.
Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept payment through our authorized payment processors (including Stripe). By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method.
Some services offer payment plans. By selecting a payment plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method according to the agreed schedule. Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension of access to services.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, including VAT where applicable. Prices displayed may not include taxes, which will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once you have accessed the course content or materials. We do not offer refunds after you have accessed the content.
However, if you have not accessed any content, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at hello@katiehelliwellpsychicmedium.com.
Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
For live programs and events, refund requests must be made at least 7 days before the start date. No refunds are available after the program has begun.
We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances such as serious illness or bereavement. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
All content, materials, courses, videos, audio files, documents, graphics, logos, and other intellectual property provided through our services are owned by Katie Helliwell and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
When you purchase a course or service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may NOT:
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share course materials with others
• Record, screenshot, or otherwise capture content without permission
• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense access to our services
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Remove or alter copyright notices or proprietary markings
• Use materials for commercial purposes without written permission
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access and legal action.
You agree to use our services in a lawful and respectful manner. You may NOT:
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or Katie Helliwell
• Post or share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Use automated systems to access our services without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
• Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results from using our services will meet your expectations
• Any errors will be corrected

Our services involve spiritual guidance, personal development, and energetic practices. Results vary by individual. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes, including but not limited to:
• Financial results or income generation
• Spiritual connection or psychic abilities
• Personal transformation or life changes
• Business growth or success
Your results depend on many factors including your commitment, implementation, and individual circumstances.
Our services are for educational and spiritual development purposes only. They do not constitute medical, mental health, financial, legal, or professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for specific advice related to your situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Katie Helliwell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or information

• Any other indirect or consequential losses
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Katie Helliwell, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of others
• Any content you submit or share through our services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity

• Non-payment
Upon termination, your right to access our services will immediately cease. You remain liable for all amounts owed up to the termination date.
